Memorial Day Weekend really does kick off the beginning of summer and even with some raining weather here in Steamboat Springs, the weekend’s activities did not disappoint. With two visits to the Strawberry Park Hot Springs, an overnight trip to Denver to say good-bye to a friend, a hike into town and a Memorial day BBQ to top it all off, the weekend was full of outdoor excursions. The best part of a three day weekend too is how rested you are for the start of the week, hence why I love Memorial Day Weekend.
